ISSUES

Cancer patients receiving treatment with no guidance on how to support their own recovery. Oncologists focused entirely on the tumor while leaving diet, movement, fatigue, nausea, sleep, and mental health completely unaddressed. A medical system that hands patients a prescription and sends them home.

PAIN POINTS
  • Exhausted and not knowing why or what to do about it
  • Nauseous and told to just push through it
  • Mentally foggy, anxious, and emotionally flat with
    no explanation
  • Eating whatever they can without understanding
  • what is helping or hurting them
  • Feeling like a passive recipient of treatment with no agency over their own recovery
  • Dismissed when they ask about diet, alternative
    approaches, or lifestyle changes
BENEFIT STATEMENT

By taking this course, you’ll understand what is actually happening in your body during treatment, gain a practical toolkit for managing fatigue, nausea, sleep, nutrition, and mental health, and walk away with the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in your own recovery, going beyond what your medical team ever told you.

OVERVIEW

Your oncologist gave you a treatment plan. This course gives you everything else. Built entirely from the direct experience of someone who went through forty rounds of chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and came out the other side — this course covers the physical and physiological toolkit that made the biggest difference. Before getting into the practical tools, it starts with what most courses skip entirely: how your body actually works under the stress of treatment, why you feel the way you feel, and how every decision you make is either adding to your body’s load or reducing it. From there it covers what to eat and what to cut, how fasting supports recovery, how to manage nausea with more than just a pill, why movement is medicine even on the hardest days, how to protect your sleep, and how to find the community that makes the whole thing survivable. None of this replaces your medical treatment. All of it belongs alongside it.
