The pandemic and the compounding effect of global events has had a serious effect on our mental, physical, and emotional health. Our school wellness offerings are designed to meet students, teachers, and staff where they are, bringing you simple and effective, evidence-based practices to reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate depression, and improve focus, emotional intelligence and communication skills–ultimately supporting your entire school system.
Supporting Students
Our student wellness programming is customized based on the age and developmental needs of each student group and their specific challenges. We focus on building a strong foundation for mental and emotional wellness through mindset, breathwork, movement, nutrition, and communication.
Each class incorporates simple, digestible lessons that build on one another, and come with an accompanying worksheet to help the students commit these lessons to memory and for them to take home to share with their family.
Supporting Teachers
Our teacher wellness programming will equip your staff with tools to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and stamina, build and sustain energy throughout the day, and communicate to best support one another.
This programming focuses on the areas of mindset, breathwork, movement, nutrition, and communication and is buildable and customizable based on the specific needs of your group. We understand our teachers have a lot on their plate and will work with you to determine the ideal time and frequency to provide support through in-person and virtual classes, workshops, & retreats.
