Weekly Stress Relief
Join our live virtual group sessions every week to face the week ahead with calmness and clarity.
Live video classes take place every Monday evening from 6-7 p.m. CST.
We'll discuss stress-related topics, explore one or two regulation practices, and work through mindset training together to increase resiliency and allow you to face everyday stressors with a clear head.
Join for as little or as long as you can. Classes are accessible to all ability levels and everyone is welcome.
